Job summary

EDEN MOTOR GROUP is seeking a confident, customer-focused sales professional to join the Eden Reading Hyundai team in Reading. The role centers on selling vehicles, meeting and exceeding monthly targets, and delivering excellent customer service with a professional appearance and integrity.

You will prepare order forms, participate in promotions, showcases and training, and contribute to a high-performance sales environment supported by a company car and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with a drive to exceed targets.
• Sell vehicles profitably and achieve targets set with Sales Manager.
• Maintain excellent customer relations through professional appearance and integrity.
• Prepare order forms and related paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in promotional activities, mailing campaigns, vehicle displays and training meetings to ensure full awareness of company activities.
• Prepare and process paperwork accurately for vehicle orders and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective strategies to meet targets.

Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable colleague to join our sales department at Eden Reading Hyundai. The sales role is the main driving force for the success of the company and, as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The successful candidate will be able to:

• Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, coupled with a desire and enthusiasm to exceed monthly targets.
• Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager.
• Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity and loyalty.
• Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork.
• Assist and participate in the preparation of promotional activities, mailing campaigns, vehicle displays and training meetings to ensure full awareness of company activities.

A full driving licence is essential.
