Job summary

Eden Motor Group in High Wycombe is seeking a proactive Sales Display Assistant to support the sales team. You will ensure vehicle displays meet company and manufacturer standards, keep pricing accurate, and maintain clean, well-presented stock.

You will handle trade stock, arrange auctions, assist the Sales Executives from order to delivery, and ensure used cars are photographed and showcased on our website.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Customer-focused and team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle displays comply with company and manufacturer standards, including cleanliness, point-of-sale material and correct pricing.
• Deal with trade stock and ensure it is sent to auction promptly.
• Assist Sales Executives progressing vehicles through the order to delivery process.
• Ensure all used vehicles are photographed and shown on the website.
• Receive new and used car deliveries, check for damage, ensure paperwork/keys are present and prep for sale within agreed timeframes.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, this role is key to the success of the sales department. You will be responsible for ensuring all vehicle displays comply with both Company and manufacturer standards to include cleanliness, point of sale material and correct pricing. Dealing with trade stock and ensuring it is sent to auction in a timely manner. Assisting the Sales Executives progressing vehicles through the correct process from order to delivery. Ensuring all used vehicles are photographed and showing on our website. You will also have responsibility for receiving new and used car deliveries and ensuring they are free from damage, have the correct paperwork/keys, are stored correctly and prepared ready for sale within agreed time frames.

A full driving licence is essential.
