Marshall BMW + MINI Grimsby is seeking a proactive Vehicle Progressor to support the smooth running of the dealership. You will manage the vehicle journey from arrival to handover, photograph and advertise stock online, and coordinate with the showroom and valet teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with CRM platforms. This is a full-time position based in Grimsby with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Proficient with digital tools and CRMs.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage the journey of each vehicle from arrival to customer handover.
• Support Sales Manager and Sales Executives in the sales process.
• Photograph and advertise vehicles online; update offers.
• Coordinate with valet teams and maintain showroom presentation.
• Handle key storage and appraise used car stock.
