Job summary

Sytner Tamworth is seeking a proactive Vehicle Preparation, Logistics and Photography Assistant to support our BMW & MINI stock. This role involves photography, logistics, and moving vehicles across three Tamworth sites to ensure fast, accurate online advertising and sales readiness.

You will join a hands-on team, spending much of your day moving between locations, taking pride in high vehicle presentation, and working with colleagues to maintain smooth preparation and sale readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle photography or related logistics is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate movements across sites.
• Willingness to perform physically active tasks, including driving and assisting with stock movement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new and used vehicle photography to present cars for online advertising.
• Coordinate daily movement and availability of BMW and MINI vehicles for photography.
• Monitor and report photography completion rates to leadership.
• Drive and move vehicles between three Tamworth sites; assist with transporter arrivals/collections.
• Provide cover and support for the Sytner Electronic Auction operation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the preparation operation to keep vehicles progressing smoothly.
