Job summary

Charles Hurst in Belfast is seeking a Site Co-ordinator/Vehicle Progressor to support our sales function. You will organise vehicles on site, collect and deliver vehicles, and maintain high standards for the site and cars. You will also update our online showroom daily with pictures, prices and descriptions.

The role requires an eye for detail, strong IT skills and a full clean driving licence. A dynamic, premium environment offers growth within the team and brand.

Qualifications

• Previous demonstrable experience in a fast-paced premium environment.
• Excellent communicator with ability to build relationships across the business.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and solid IT skills.
• Full clean driving licence is a must.

Responsibilities

• Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions onto the online showroom daily.
• Create CitNOW videos for customers.
• Organise vehicles on site to present well for customers.
• Oversee social media accounts and track responses.
• Collect and deliver vehicles from and to customers.
• Ensure the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
