Job summary

Steven Eagell Limited is seeking a Vehicle Administrator to manage orders end-to-end, from initial order through invoicing and delivery, while ensuring accurate data across our systems. You will coordinate with manufacturers, leasing companies, customers and internal teams to keep orders progressing.

The role requires strong organisational skills and experience in vehicle administration or similar automotive roles, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines and customer service.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, manufacturers and customers.
• Experience in vehicle or sales administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle orders from initial order through invoicing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, customer, stock and order data in DMS and manufacturer systems.
• Check deal files for completeness and compliance before invoicing.
