Job summary

HR Services and Solutions is seeking an experienced Vehicle Operational Rental Manager for a site-based, permanent role. The position focuses on leading daily rental operations, maximising fleet utilisation, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The successful candidate will oversee a depot network, drive improvements in performance and compliance, and manage a team of rental and fleet staff. Monday–Friday, £40k per annum plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle rental operational management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of fleet management and compliance requirements.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage costs and improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily rental operations across the depot/network.

They need a proactive and experienced candidate who will add value to the business from day one. You will be responsible for maximising fleet utilisation, managing depot performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
