Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Lot Attendant to join our team at Mazda or Buick GMC. No prior automotive experience is required as training is provided. The role offers opportunities for growth within a large family-owned dealer group known for Best Places to Work awards.

Responsibilities include moving vehicles on the lot, verifying deliveries, and ensuring vehicles are clean for customers. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Physically able to move around the lot and assist customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and move vehicles around the lot.
• Verify new-car deliveries by confirming receipt and comparing serial numbers against invoices.
• Park and retrieve vehicles for sales and service customers; organize vehicles around the lot and manage the customer parking area.
• Shuttle customers to destinations and shuttle vehicles between Faulkner facilities.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean before delivering to customers.
• Maintain litter-free customer entrances and perform minor building/property maintenance as needed.
