Job description

Vehicle Logistics Front Office Support – 5 days onsite (must)

Responsibilities

• Be the central point of contact for the O&J UK Dealer Network and RSM’s/Fleet departments in queries relating to vehicle delivery and registration.
• Daily liaison with logistics suppliers to ensure processing of vehicles/vehicle delivery in a timely manner.
• Assist other O&J internal departments with any information requests relating to vehicle logistics and registration.
• Initiate and develop a strong relationship with dealers.
• Document and review Vehicle Logistics processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure (Essential).
• Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics (Desirable).
• Literacy in computer and software (Excel, Word).
