Job summary

CAD-IT Ltd is seeking a Vehicle Diagnostic Author to create and deliver high-quality technical documentation for a leading automotive OEM. You will diagnose faults, author workflows, and publish content for dealers and technicians, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle diagnostics and automotive electronic systems.
• Ability to interpret complex topics and deliver clear, unambiguous documentation.
• Experience communicating with a range of business levels.

Responsibilities

• Support diagnosing complex faults based on symptoms or DTCs.
• Author process workflows to resolve faults for a guided diagnostics system.
• Publish and manage content for dealers/technicians.
• Liaise with engineering stakeholders to gather information.
