Job summary

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established commercial vehicle accident repair business in their search for a Vehicle Damage Assessor to work in Liverpool.

The successful candidate will inspect damaged domestic and light commercial vehicles, identify damage, and produce detailed repair estimates to aid the repair process. This is a weekday-only, permanent role offering a competitive salary up to £45,000 plus OTE, pension, holidays, and various employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Damage Assessor or in estimating roles.
• Strong mechanical and automotive knowledge.
• Experience with vans and light commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged domestic and light commercial vehicles and record damage.
• Produce accurate repair estimates with detailed cost breakdowns.
• Liaise with internal departments and customers to support repairs.
• Prepare reports and support an efficient repair process.
