Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our established accident repair group. This is an excellent opportunity to progress within a growing automotive business.

Salary up to £45,000 per annum with an OTE of £55,000. This full‑time, in‑person role includes a pension, health and wellbeing programme and opportunities for career progression. Flexible working arrangements offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in an automotive repair environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and damage assessment.
• Practical experience using Audatex; willingness to learn Autoflow.
• Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle damage assessments and capture repair images.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Audatex and obtain approvals.
• Liaise with customers and work providers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate repair progress with technicians and update job status.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and develop system knowledge.

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our well-established accident repair group in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to progress within a growing and reputable automotive business.

Duties:

• - As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, conduct comprehensive vehicle damage assessments and capture detailed images of required repairs
• - Prepare accurate repair estimates using Audatex and submit them for approval
• - Liaise professionally with customers and work providers throughout the repair process
• - Maintain accurate job progress updates and coordinate repair work with technicians
• - Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and prepared correctly for invoicing
• - Develop knowledge of advanced systems, including Audatex and Autoflow
• - Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth operation of the accident repair centre

Requirements:

• - Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within an automotive accident repair environment
• - Comprehensive understanding of vehicle repair processes and damage assessment
• - Practical experience using Audatex, with a willingness to develop knowledge of Autoflow
• - Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills
• - A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach
• - Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• - A positive attitude and good sense of humour
