Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor for a Liverpool-based accident repair group. You will assess vehicle damage, capture repair images and prepare Audatex estimates for approval.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within an automotive accident repair environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle repair processes and damage assessment.
• Practical experience using Audatex, with a willingness to develop knowledge of Autoflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle damage assessments and capture detailed images of required repairs.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Audatex and submit them for approval.
• Liaise professionally with customers and work providers throughout the repair process.
• Maintain accurate job progress updates and coordinate repair work with technicians.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and prepared correctly for invoicing.
• Develop knowledge of advanced systems, including Audatex and Autoflow.
• Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth operation of the accident repair centre.
