Job summary

Tru Talent in Liverpool is seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a reputable body shop. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare detailed repair estimates using Audatex, and work with the workshop team to ensure manufacturer specifications are met.

The role requires ATA qualification (preferred) or equivalent, with experience in a fast-paced collision repair centre, and strong communication skills focused on customer care and profitability. Salary up to £50,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• ATA Qualified (Preferred) or equivalent qualification (NVQ/IMI/SVQ).
• Experience as Vehicle Damage Assessor in a fast-paced repair centre.
• Knowledge of Audatex for estimating and assessments.
• Excellent communication and customer-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess vehicle damage and create repair estimates using Audatex.
• Provide accurate assessments and estimates in line with industry standards.
• Maximise profitability by applying effective sales techniques and efficient schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly.
• Collaborate with workshop team to meet manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Improve efficiency and cost control per company policies.
