Job summary

Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a Customer Consultant to be the main contact for customers throughout their repair journey, blending frontline service with hands-on site coordination.

You will collect and deliver customer vehicles, keep customers informed of progress and support parts and admin tasks while collaborating with technicians to maintain a professional, welcoming site.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
• A full UK driving licence, with confidence driving customer vehicles.
• Clear and professional communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone.
• A calm and organised approach, even when managing multiple tasks.
• Pride in representing the business when interacting with customers.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair.
• Handle queries calmly and professionally, providing clear and timely responses.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity.
• Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration.
• Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment.
