This hands-on role emphasizes customer service, organisation and empathy, with full training provided. A full UK driving license is essential and a positive team mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; emphasis on how you work with people and willingness to be hands-on.
• Strong customer service experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence and be confident driving customer vehicles.
• Clear, professional communication face-to-face and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated on repair progress.
• Handle queries calmly and professionally.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity.
• Support site operations including parts coordination and basic admin.
• Collaborate with technicians, production teams and site leaders.
• Maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment.
