Job summary

Solus, part of Aviva, is hiring a Customer Consultant to support customers through their repair journey and manage vehicle collection and delivery. The role emphasizes clear communication, organisation and a strong customer experience across busy site operations.

You will balance customer care with hands-on duties, remaining reliable, detail-oriented and empathetic to strengthen customer confidence at Solus sites across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair.
• Handle queries calmly and professionally, providing clear and timely responses.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity.
• Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration.
• Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment.
