Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Change Management professional to coordinate engineering changes across development and series production. You will ensure changes improve quality, protect production plans, and control costs while aligning with definition and PCM processes.

You will work cross-functionally to progress vehicle changes, chair change management meetings, and deliver KPI reporting. A structured, delivery-focused mindset and experience in automotive change processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Change Management/Change Control.
• Experience in Product Data and Bill of Materials Management.
• Degree of technical/analytical nature or change control experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement engineering changes in line with PCM processes.
• Liaise with departments to progress vehicle changes and block changes.
• Facilitate change management meetings to drive actions.
• Generate progress reports and KPI data for stakeholders.
• Coordinate change control for developments to ensure successful launches.
• Support delivery of block change processes for series development.
