McLaren Automotive Ltd is seeking a Change Management Coordinator to lead the product change process for vehicle parts and production methods. The role focuses on delivering balanced improvements to quality, production plans, and cost, across development and series production.

You will implement engineering changes aligned with PCM processes, coordinate across departments, run change control meetings, and report KPIs.

Competenze

• Experience in Product Change Management/ Change Control.
• Experience in Product Data and Bill of Material Management.
• Degree of technical/analytical nature required or specific change control experience.
• Experience of using SAP advantageous.
• Experience of indirect stakeholder and workflow coordination.
• IT skills (MS Office).

Mansioni

• Implement engineering change to the product in line with PCM processes.
• Liaise with all departments to progress changes for vehicle project and block changes.
• Facilitate product change management meetings to drive actions.
• Generate progress status reports and KPIs; communicate findings to the business.
• Coordinate a change control process for vehicle projects in development.
• Coordinate activities for the McLaren Block change process for series development.
• Conduct regular process reviews to improve the product change management process.
