Job summary

Vertu VC Admin Hub in Northampton is seeking a Vehicle Administrator to join a friendly team. The role involves processing invoices and vehicle taxation, maintaining vehicle and customer records, and delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
• Kerridge experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Previous automotive industry experience is desirable.
• Strong IT, PC, and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing invoices and vehicle taxation on time.
• Creating and maintaining vehicle and customer records to ensure a clean, reliable database.
• Supporting internal and external customers with excellent service.
• Ordering vehicles from the factory, arranging subcontract work, and managing orders through to delivery.
