Command Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Administrator at a prestigious luxury automotive retailer in Orpington. You will join the finance and administration team to oversee the vehicle sales process from acquisition through to handover and invoicing.

The ideal candidate has dealership sales admin experience, exceptional attention to detail, and familiarity with vehicle documentation and compliance. A structured, professional environment with opportunity for growth awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Administration experience within a car dealership
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of dealership processes and vehicle documentation
• Experience with Kerridge or CDK - desirable
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• A professional, friendly and approachable manner
• The flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Managing the administration process from vehicle purchase through to sale
• Checking vehicles for outstanding finance, mileage discrepancies and other potential issues
• Ensuring all vehicle documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
• Processing vehicle invoices and sales documentation
• Carrying out regular audit and compliance checks
• Working closely with Sales Executives to ensure smooth and efficient customer handovers
• Maintaining accurate vehicle records and keeping internal systems up to date
• Managing your own workload and prioritising tasks effectively
• Supporting the wider finance team during busy periods
