Jago Consultants seeks an experienced Vehicle Administrator for a busy main dealer in Cardiff. You will manage vehicle orders, registrations and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key requirements include 2 years of vehicle administrator experience in a motor trade, strong communication, organisation, and a full UK driving licence. The role operates Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Administrator in a main dealership is essential.
• Proven ability to process vehicle orders accurately and on time.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and customers.
• Must be well organised, efficient and detail oriented.
