Jago Consultants' client, a franchised car dealership in the United Kingdom, seeks an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. You will deliver a modern, efficient parts service to the Workshop, ensuring technicians stay productive and that VHC up-sells are completed promptly.

You will manage goods-in, parts identification, orders, stock checks, and returns, while liaising with Service on parts matters. A valid driving licence is required and main dealer experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor in a main dealer.
• Autoline or Kerridge experience preferred.
• Valid driving licence is required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a modern and efficient parts service to the Workshop to keep technicians productive.
• Conduct goods-in, parts identification, order processing and stock rotation.
• Liaise with Service on parts related matters and handle returns.
• Provide excellent customer service and prioritise workload to meet customer expectations.
