Voluntary Action Surrey East (VASE) invites an experienced manager to lead organisational development support, coordinate volunteering, and supervise a small staff team across East Surrey. You will build relationships with local VCSE groups, develop accessible training, and ensure robust service planning and reporting against impact indicators.

You will oversee office administration, policy compliance, and safeguarding, while supporting Trustees and the Chief Executive with strategic priorities

Qualifications

• Experience supporting VCSE organisations and infrastructure bodies.
• Proven line management experience with staff development.
• Ability to plan, coordinate multiple services and translate complex issues into practical actions.
• Knowledge of East Surrey VCSE sector and related local services.

Responsabilités

• Lead two direct reports with clear objectives and performance reviews.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, administration and organisational support.
• Maintain service plans, monitor delivery and report progress to Chief Executive.
• Develop relationships with funders, councils and NHS partners to improve access to VASE services.
• Ensure safeguarding, information governance and policy compliance.
