Job summary

Warwickshire & Solihull Community and Voluntary Action (CAVA) is recruiting a Delivery & Development Manager for Warwickshire South & Rugby. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) is based on a hybrid model with office and home working and travel across the area.

The successful candidate will manage staff and volunteers, support the development of VCSE groups, and provide funding advice. Strong networking and presentation skills, plus the ability to work with diverse partners, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support development of emerging, new and existing voluntary organisations and community groups to establish and demonstrate impact.
• Maintain high quality data and prepare monitoring reports for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of VCSE organisations, statutory agencies and businesses.
• Lead a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring best practice in volunteer management and governance.
