Victim Support is seeking a dedicated Caseworker for a home-based role with regular travel across West Yorkshire and periodic attendance at our central Wakefield office. The role is part-time (22.5 hours/week) and fixed-term until 31 March 2029.

You will provide tailored support plans to victims of crime, conducting initial contact by phone and offering home visits or conference calls as needed. You will develop, deliver and monitor safety plans, offering resources, interventions and information

Competenze

• Understanding the impact of crime on victims.
• Experience delivering services within statutory, voluntary or multi-agency settings.
• Experience managing a caseload and completing risk & needs assessments is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Manage a caseload of self-referred & referred service users, providing information & advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
• Conduct risk & needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support & information.
• Identify barriers to accessing services & work with partners to provide ongoing support.
