Victim Support in Wakefield is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee the CYP and VAWG caseloads. The role is 37.5 hours weekly, based in Wakefield with hybrid working and regular office attendance, plus occasional travel across West Yorkshire to meetings and events.

You will lead a team, support staff development, ensure efficient case management, and promote a trauma-informed culture while liaising with the Operations Manager and external partners.

Formación

• Experience leading a team of caseworkers.
• Experience in the voluntary sector and/or criminal justice system.
• Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and safeguarding.
• Willingness to travel across West Yorkshire.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a team of caseworkers.
• Carrying out case reviews and case management.
• Case allocation and discussion.
• Liaising with the Operations Manager to ensure policy and procedures are followed.
• Attending meetings and events to represent the service.
