Victim Support in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Caseworker for our Multi Crime team. This full-time, office-based role requires regular travel across Hampshire and a compassionate approach to supporting victims of crime.

You will assess needs, develop tailored safety plans, and coordinate with partners to ensure ongoing support for clients. Driving is essential due to travel requirements, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering services in statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency settings.
• Experience managing a caseload and completing risk & needs assessments would be beneficial.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of self-referred and referred service users, providing information and advocacy.
• Conduct risk and needs assessments to tailor support for each victim.
• Identify barriers to accessing services and work with partners for ongoing support.
• Keep accurate and confidential case records on a bespoke case management system.
• Make calls to offer support to victims of domestic abuse and deliver immediate support.
• Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for those who accept ongoing support.
• Liaise with local providers to share information on Victim Support services.
• Work as part of a team with staff and volunteers to deliver a seamless service.
