Job summary
Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust in Nottingham is seeking a Vascular Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is an internal vacancy only for NUH staff, ideal for a highly skilled clinician ready to lead vascular care across clinics and wards.
You will join a dynamic vascular clinical nurse practitioner team, involved in outpatient clinics, nurse-led reviews and service development; requires substantive NHS nursing experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- NMC Registration is essential.
- Degree level in Nursing or Healthcare.
- Non-Medical Prescriber status or working towards.
- MSC in Nursing or similar field.
- Assessor and Supervisor qualification.
- At least 2 years' vascular surgery experience.
- At least 5 years vascular experience.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to work across sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality vascular clinical care in outpatient and clinic settings.
- Lead nurse-led reviews and participate in service development.
- Collaborate with MDT and liaise with partners to ensure timely patient care.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and patient experience.
