Brite Recruitment Ltd seeks a Vascular Access Specialist in the United Kingdom (Birmingham area). The role offers a £70,000 base salary with a 30% bonus and a monthly car allowance.

You will nurture an established customer base and actively develop new business across hospitals and NHS Trusts. Ideal candidates will have a strong clinical background in vascular access or proven sales experience in the speciality, with a full UK driving licence and excellent communication skills.

• Strong clinical background in vascular access or proven sales experience in the speciality.
• Patient-focused approach and ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promoting and selling products to customers.
• Hunting new business through hospitals and NHS Trusts, targeting clinicians and procurement teams.
• Monitoring progress on performance, business plans and market trends to drive improvement.
• Proactively approaching new business leads and closing deals.
• Maintaining customer records and territory information in compliance with GDPR.
• Designing and implementing a Key Account Management strategy for your territory.
