Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a qualified Van Technician for a franchise-approved commercial vehicle business in Swansea. You will service and repair light commercial vehicles, ensuring high standards and timely work within manufacturer timeframes.

The role requires IMI/NVQ Level 3 in relevant maintenance, a UK driving licence with minimal points, and a willingness to work 4 on 4 off from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Excellent benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a UK-driving licence with minimal points.
• Qualification to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Swansea.

Responsibilities

• Complete all light commercial vehicle service and maintenance work to the highest standards within manufacturer timeframes.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnosis and repairs on light commercial vehicles.
• Support colleagues with technical issues and innovative solutions as theVan Technician.
• Ensure all diagnostic, repair, servicing, and safety inspection documentation is accurately completed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to retain client loyalty.
• Maintain a high standard of work in a fast-paced, franchise-approved environment.

Requirements of the Van Technician
