Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Sittingbourne is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive van and commercial vehicle sales. You will build strong relationships with B2B and retail customers, tailoring offers and guiding them through our proven sales process.

The role offers a £15,000 base salary with uncapped commission and a realistic £50,000 OTE, a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday shifts on a rotating basis, plus a company vehicle and progression across a multi-site group.

Qualifications

• Experience in car or commercial vehicle sales preferred, or strong track record in target-driven customer sales.
• Friendly, positive and competitive attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service.
• Willingness to undertake required manufacturer and FCA training.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients and tailor light commercial vehicle sales.
• Present finance packages and promote additional products; handle sales documentation through to vehicle handover.
