Job summary

CDS Labour is seeking reliable Van Drivers for early-morning deliveries across the South West. This opportunity suits both experienced drivers and newly qualified applicants who want regular work and a weekly bonus scheme.

You will start from approximately 4:00am, loading and unloading as needed, and deliver fresh and frozen foods to customers with care and efficiency. Accommodation is available and weekly PAYE payments are provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
• Be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
• Be reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Be comfortable working early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh and frozen food products safely and efficiently to customers across the South West.
• Complete early-morning deliveries, with start times from approximately 4:00am.
• Load and unload the vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Check delivery paperwork and ensure all deliveries are completed accurately.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle.
• Follow all company health, safety and food-handling procedures.
• Ensure goods are transported and delivered in the correct condition.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any defects or issues promptly.

About the Role

CDS Labour is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Van Drivers to join a well-established foodservice business delivering fresh and frozen food products to customers across the South West.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified drivers looking for regular work, competitive pay and the opportunity to earn additional money through a weekly bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh and frozen food products safely and efficiently to customers across the South West.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a valid UK driving licence.

Previous van driving or delivery experience is an advantage, but newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

Early starts are required, with shifts beginning from approximately 4:00am. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, depending on business requirements.
