Job summary

Pertemps Banbury currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to support our client in Kidlington. This part-time role offers £25.00 per hour for Friday night work, starting at 5:00pm, with an average shift of 8 hours.

You will collect produce from two depots in Barking and London, return goods to the Kidlington depot, and unload the vehicle. A full UK driving licence and prior delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect produce from Barking and London depots and return to Kidlington depot.

• Transport goods back to Kidlington and place in correct locations within the depot.
• Complete all collections and deliveries safely, on time and in line with procedures.

The Role

• Collect produce from two client locations in Barking and London

• Unload and place produce into the correct locations within the depot
• Complete all collections and deliveries safely, efficiently and on time
• Carry out manual handling duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Hold a valid UK driving licence, with no more than 6 points for minor offences only
• Have previous commercial driving or delivery experience
• Be physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
• Be reliable, punctual and committed to working every Friday night
• Have a professional and responsible approach to driving and customer service
