Overview

This position is for a Van Driver based in Maidstone, working on a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm basis. The role involves operating a long wheel base van to complete 20–40 multi‑drop deliveries daily. A reliable, long‑term driver is expected.

Working Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday plus a half‑day Saturday (paid at overtime rate). One‑hour unpaid break (return to depot before resuming deliveries). Hourly rate: £14.00 (PAYE via Pertemps). Overtime paid at 1.5× after 48 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 20–40 drops per day
• Drive a long wheel base van confidently

• Ensure safe, timely, and efficient deliveries

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Van Driver / Delivery Driver
• Proven experience driving a long wheel base van (LWB)
• Full UK driving licence (no major endorsements)
• Strong route planning and time‑management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Computer literate
