Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Property Valuer / Lister in the Medway area. You will win new business, carry out market appraisals and convert appraisals into instructions, building long-term relationships with vendors and clients.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in winning instructions, strong local market knowledge, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach. A full UK driving licence is required.

• Previous experience as a Property Valuer, Lister, Senior Sales Negotiator or similar estate agency role
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market would be advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Professional, confident and customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work towards and exceed targets
• Well organised with strong time management and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
