Job summary

TP Select is recruiting for an experienced Valuer to join our award-winning estate agency team in Bourne. This permanent role is ideal for an Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Valuer looking to advance their career and earnings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Property Valuer.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer engagement skills.
• Driven, commercially focused and aiming for progression.
• Ability to work independently within a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting property valuations and generating new instructions.
• Developing and managing relationships with vendors and prospective clients.
• Maximising opportunities to win new business and increase market share.
• Managing your own portfolio and developing your area.
• Providing professional advice to clients throughout the sales process.
• Working closely with the wider sales team to maximise property sales opportunities.
• Contributing to branch and individual sales targets.
• Building your personal profile and local market relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through effective sales and negotiation.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Participating in regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Working Monday to Thursday 8:30am-6:00pm, Friday until 5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am-4:00pm.
