Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking a Value Assurance Lead in London to drive adoption and value realisation across its CDS product portfolio.

You will integrate behavioural science with financial analytics to forecast and realise in‑market value, partnering with Product Delivery, Deployment, and CTO to ensure disciplined execution and measurable impact. The role requires deep experience in ROI modelling, data‑driven decision making and global programme delivery, with a track record of influencing senior

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in behavioural or social sciences.
Proven experience building behaviour change capability and adoption maturity.
Strong ROI modelling, analytics and commercial performance background.
Excellent stakeholder influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain end‑to‑end adoption, behaviour change and value realisation for the CDS Value Pool.
Develop robust adoption and value frameworks, KPIs and measurement standards across digital initiatives.
Monitor adoption, usage and behavioural data to identify value gaps and drive corrective actions.
Provide dashboards and insights on value realisation to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Collaborate with Product Delivery, Deployment Leads and CTO to align design with value delivery.
