Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, via DePuy Synthes, seeks a Value Manager for the UK to deploy value offerings across strategic NHS and private sector accounts. The field-based role focuses on clinical transformation, theatre efficiency, and enabling-technology programs to improve patient outcomes.

You will partner with commercial colleagues to shape and execute value-based contracts, lead NHS governance, and report on KPIs. Strong background in value strategies and UK procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and commercial capability.
• Experience with value-based strategies and programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; executive report writing.

Responsibilities

• Report progress against KPIs and support strategic growth via value programmes.
