Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Services and Solutions Manager to deploy the Medical Technology value offering across strategic accounts in the UK. You will lead or participate in Clinical Transformation, Theatre Efficiency & Patient Pathway programmes, partnering with NHS and private sector colleagues to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on programme management and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in science, medicine or related field.
Experience in organisational change, process excellence, or Healthcare management.
Strong leadership and project management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead value deployments in designated accounts.
Governance with NHS trusts and private sector customers.
Act as orchestral lead within an NHS hospital to ensure resources and governance are optimized.
Partner with commercial teams to deliver UK/Ire strategy.
Report progress against key performance indicators.
Mentor Services and Solutions Consultants.
