Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Services and Solutions Manager to deploy the Medical Technology value offerings across strategic customers in the UK/Ireland. The role leads or participates in Clinical Transformation, Theatre Efficiency & Patient Pathway programmes, and acts as an orchestra conductor within NHS hospital projects to optimise resources, governance and outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience in science, pharmacy, medicine or economics or other related field.
Expertise in Organisational change, and/or
Expertise in Process Excellence, and/or
Expertise in Project Management, and/or
Expertise in Healthcare Management Consulting, and/or
Expertise of running Surgical Services/Theatres/Secondary Care Services
Crucial Languages: High level English fluency

Responsibilities

To lead value deployments in associated accounts
Be the designated Governance lead to manage relationships with NHS trusts and private sector organisations
Programme and/or workstream lead to act as the orchestra conductor within an NHS hospital
Partner with commercial colleagues to deliver the Services and Solutions Strategy for UK/Ire
Accountability for reporting progress against KPIs aligned to annual objectives
Accountable for supporting strategic growth through the deployment of value programmes
