Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a talented Managing Consultant / Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Model & Strategy team in the UK. You will lead large, complex transformation programmes, shaping operating models and organisations to help clients navigate evolving business demands.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor teams, and contribute to business development and thought leadership. This role offers hybrid working across UK locations including Glasgow, with delivery flexibility

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting or management experience delivering operating model and organisational design projects.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record in delivering complex transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large, complex transformation projects for clients in the Enterprise Model & Strategy practice.
• Develop and present evidence-based recommendations that withstand client scrutiny.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development through proposals, RFPs, and account growth initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to practice development.
