Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is hiring a Senior Manager to lead IT Cost & Value engagements, specialising in cost optimisation, TBM, and IT financial management. You will drive bids, model Total Cost of Ownership, and shape commercial deals while guiding multi‑disciplinary delivery teams.

You’ll work across major clients, including FTSE 100 and government bodies, contributing to value conversations and strategic transformation, with a hybrid, UK-wide assignment footprint.

Qualifications

• Evidence of leading delivery of successful cost optimisation and transformation engagements.
• Specialism in IT cost management and optimisation (e.g. TBM, IT financial management).
• Experience in managing teams and multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments.
• Experience in leading and supporting sales efforts and shaping deal commercials.

• Developing IT cost and value offers and building capability within the team.
• Advising clients on appropriate technology spend and cost optimisation.
• Modelling IT Total Cost of Ownership and prioritising cost levers.
