Qualifications

• Proven experience working directly with C-level executives in a consulting context.
• Experience across at least two target industries (Public Sector, Energy Transition & Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences, or Tech/Media/Telecoms).
• Fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and coach talent.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve offerings, playbooks, and toolkits to drive innovation and strengthen market position.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across engagements by embedding best practices and achieving performance objectives.
• Build and develop a high-performing team and support consultant career progression.
