Job summary

Stratton Creber Commercial in Exeter seeks a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor/Associate Director to join its expanding professional team. You will deliver valuation and landlord & tenant services for a diverse Devon client base.

Responsibilities include valuations for lending, landlord & tenant work, and contributing to business development in a flexible hybrid environment with strong support. RICS qualification and client-facing mindset essential.

Qualifications

• PQE of 2 years is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of property legislation.
• Strong local/regional market knowledge preferred.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Good numerical ability and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality professional services to an established client base across Devon.
• Undertake valuations for secured and non‑secured lending purposes.
• Undertake landlord & tenant work including lease renewals, regears, rent reviews.
• Play a key role in business promotion and marketing.
