Beach Baker Property Recruitment represents a highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Surveyors seeking a Chartered Valuation Surveyor for its Plymouth office. The role offers autonomy, variety and a clear long-term career path.

You will handle a broad range of valuation instructions across Devon and the South West, including loan security, commercial, residential and development properties, pension fund and private client valuations, plus inspections and Red Book reporting.

Qualifications

Beach Baker is exclusively representing a highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Surveyors looking to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor for its established Plymouth office.

Due to a significant increase in instructions from high street lenders and existing clients, there is a strong pipeline of valuation work available from day one.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced valuer looking for greater autonomy, varied work and a genuine long-term career with a respected South West practice.

The Role

You will undertake a broad range of valuation instructions across Devon and the wider South West, including:

• Loan security valuations for major lenders
• Commercial, residential and development property
• Pension fund and private client valuations
• Property inspections and Red Book reporting
• Building and developing client relationships

About You

• MRICS or FRICS qualification
• RICS Registered Valuer status
• Red Book valuation experience
• Strong commercial and report-writing skills

• Full UK driving licence
