Beach Baker is seeking an experienced RICS Registered Valuer to join its Bristol team. You will deliver Red Book valuations across a mix of commercial, residential and development assets, with exposure to agency, investment and development projects.

The role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to build your profile in the Bristol property market within a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status required.
• Circa 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong grounding in commercial valuation and Red Book work.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded with client relationship experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security and financial reporting.
• Inspect properties and conduct market research.
• Prepare high-quality, client-ready valuation reports.
• Provide advice across commercial and development property.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver joined-up solutions.
• Support business development and grow client relationships in Bristol and the South West.

The Opportunity

Based in Bristol, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of valuation instructions across the city and surrounding South West region.

Working closely with agency, investment and development teams, you will gain exposure to a broad mix of clients, properties and valuation instructions. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced valuer who wants to build their profile in the Bristol market while joining a consultancy with ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for:

  • Tax and internal decision-making
• Undertake property inspections and market research
• Prepare high-quality, client-ready valuation reports
• Provide advice across commercial and development property
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide joined-up client solutions
• Support business development and the growth of client relationships across Bristol and the South West

About You

We are keen to speak with ambitious valuers who can demonstrate:

• MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status
• Circa 5+ years' post-qualification experience
• Strong grounding in commercial valuation and Red Book work
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and developing relationships
• Experience of ARGUS advantageous, but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
