Job summary

Property Partners Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join its growing team with a flexible base location across the South of England.

You'll undertake a varied workload including commercial and residential valuations, development appraisals, and client-facing valuation advice, with autonomy to manage your own workload across Dorset, Hampshire, London and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification required.
• RICS Registered Valuer status preferred.
• Previous property valuation experience essential.
• Commercial valuation experience preferred.
• Experience across residential and/or development valuation beneficial.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Confident managing instructions independently.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across region.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a varied range of commercial property valuations.
• Carry out residential valuations.
• Prepare development appraisals and provide development-related valuation advice.
• Undertake valuations for a range of purposes and clients.
• Inspect properties and undertake market research and comparable analysis.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive valuation reports.
• Manage valuation instructions from initial appointment through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Work across Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire and London.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the valuation service.
