Job summary

BTG Eddisons is a leading firm of chartered surveyors, seeking a MRICS qualified valuer to work across commercial and residential valuations. You will prepare valuations and strategic advice for a wide range of clients and play an active role in mentoring junior team members, taking day-to-day responsibility for executing instructions with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong report writing, proficiency in Excel and Word, and ideally experience with Kel and Argus.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified and registered valuer with at least two years post-qualification.
• Commercial and/or residential valuation experience.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Competent in Excel and Word; Kel and Argus experience preferred but training available.
