Job summary

BTG Eddissons is a long-standing, fast-growing real estate advisory firm with a national footprint. We seek a qualified valuer to join our growing team and contribute to loan security valuations across commercial and residential sectors, while preparing strategic advice for diverse clients.

You will help develop junior colleagues and take day-to-day responsibility for instructions with minimal supervision, leveraging Excel and Word to produce robust reports.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified and registered valuer with at least 2 years post-qualification.
• Experience in commercial and/or residential valuation.
• Excellent report writing skills demonstrated in prior roles.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; Kel/Argus experience preferred, training available.

Responsibilities

• Work on valuations for loan security across commercial and residential sectors.
• Prepare valuations and strategic advice for a wide range of clients.
• Develop and mentor more junior team members.
• Execute instructions day-to-day under minimum supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on a mix of valuations primarily for loan security across a broad range of commercial and residential sectors
• Prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients.
• Play an active role in the development of more junior team members.
• Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision.

EXPERIENCE:

• MRICS Qualified.
• Registered Valuer
• A minimum of two years post professional qualification
• Commercial and/or residential valuation experience
• Excellent report writing skills
• Competent in Excel and Word
• Ideally Kel and Argus competent, but training available
